It is a solution-strengthened, commercially pure wrought material known for its excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. Nickel 200 Coils demonstrate outstanding resistance to caustic alkalis across various concentrations and temperatures and have improved corrosion resistance in de-aerated acid. These coils feature low gas content, low vapor pressure, and high thermal and electrical conductivity. Nickel 200 alloy can be easily formed through both hot and cold working methods. These coils are commonly used in food processing equipment, rocket motors, aerospace, construction, power generation, and chemical processing industries.
